We`re hiring an experienced IT Hunter to help us and our clients recruit brilliant software engineers and also develop even more our tech recruitment service.

As an IT Hunter, you`ll get the chance to grow tribes of developers (our own and our clients`) and grow as a professional. You`ll work with us to expand this new line of business. As our IT Hunter, you need to have:

  • at least 2 years experience in headhunting and hiring IT talent (ideally in a specialized recruitment agency);

  • a solid understanding of the IT market and everything involved in hiring software developers. This means understanding what companies are looking for right now (particularly in web development) and where you can help them find it (recruitment platforms, websites, other channels);

  • good client management skills. You enjoy guiding clients through the recruitment process;

  • a good handle on interviewing techniques;

  • really good spoken and written English.

 

These are nice-to-haves:

  • some experience in designing recruitment assessments;

  • some project management experience in end-to-end IT&C recruitment projects;

  • previous experience in building talent pools and candidate databases;

  • good writing skills or the ability to review job descriptions with a critical eye.

    

This is what you are going to do:

  • headhunt, screen, interview and hire IT talent for UPDIVISON and our recruitment services clients. This includes working with our copywriters to write the job descriptions, posting them on various platforms and screening the shortlisted candidates;

  • discuss candidate requirements, budget, channels with our recruitment services clients and guide them through the entire process;

  • keep candidates updated regarding their application and assist them with any issues they might face. Help them have a smooth transition into their new work environment;

  • work with senior developers to create and validate technical assessments. Communicate the feedback to the candidates once the developers review the code;

  • undertake various business development responsibilities; find leads and research potential clients for our recruitment services.
